Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible, your items (books, stationery, or educational materials) must be unused, unmarked, unread, and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
- Books showing clear signs of physical wear, highlights, or folded pages after delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a book that is misprinted, damaged during transit, or if we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [info@bookcarecentre.com] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund within 5-7 business days of verification.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Policy
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any exchanged items replacing your non-defective returns will be delivered within 5-7 days.
- We will deliver the product within 15 days.
